Cancellation Policy
Painted Parts
Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund with no fees. Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a restocking fee depending on the painting stage.
All Other Parts
Cancel within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund with no fees.

Return Policy
60-Day Return Window
All parts must be returned within 60 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies after day 30.
Condition Requirements
Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging components included. Must be securely packaged for return shipping.
Damage Reports
Damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Late reports may result in claim denial. Inspect your items immediately upon receipt.
All returns must be authorized by our team. Submit a return claim through our website, and we'll provide detailed return instructions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. The original invoice must be included with all returns.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–4 business days. Please allow up to 15 days for return transit.
We are not responsible for labor expenses, towing charges, additional repair costs, or rental car expenses related to installation. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
