1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the My Painted Auto Parts website at store.yeeliztech.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Prices are listed in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

4. Painted Parts

Painted parts are custom-produced to match your vehicle's factory paint color. Due to the custom nature of painted parts:

• Color accuracy depends on the paint code provided. We are not responsible for color mismatches due to incorrect paint codes.
• Minor color variations may occur due to differences in lighting, monitor settings, and the age/condition of your vehicle's existing paint.
• Painted parts require 7–14 business days for painting and curing before shipment.
• Cancellation of painted parts after 24 hours may incur a restocking fee.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Return Policy. All returns must be authorized. Items must be in original, unused condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–4 business days after inspection.

7. Warranty & Liability

Products are sold with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

We are not responsible for labor expenses, towing charges, additional repair costs, or rental car expenses related to the installation or use of our products. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of My Painted Auto Parts or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
