You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation.
Shipping Damages
Freight / LTL Shipments
Inspect all freight shipments before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. If damage is found, refuse the shipment or accept it with noted damages. Take photos immediately and contact us within 2 business days.
Courier / Ground Shipments
Open and inspect all packages promptly upon delivery. Report any damage within 2 business days with photos of the packaging and the damaged part. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Our Packaging Promise
We never bend or fold parts to fit into smaller boxes. Every part is carefully packaged in appropriately sized packaging with protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Painted parts receive additional protective wrapping to prevent scratches during transit.
